Din plats i solen kan det vara den spanska solkusten? Kanske det eftersom fastighetspriserna gått ned 20% sedan det börja krisa tills sig i Spanien.
Det var inte så länge sedan det var iskallt på Solkusten och nu är det också ett bra läge att köpa, speciellt om man vill bo där .
Priserna kommer nog att fortsätta att sjunka så skall man investera så rekommenderar jag att man väntar åtminstone ett halvår till för att botten skall nås.
Men man vet ju aldrig så det kan ju vara bra att slå till om man hittar något som ser fint ut:-)

Not since the Great Depression almost 80 years ago have we seen anything like these simultaneous housing and stock implosions, and back then houses and stocks were owned by only a relative handful of Americans, whereas in today’s world, two-thirds of us own houses and half of us own stocks.
